MachineMatching - find the right machine for every job

Reduce machine downtime by always finding the right machine for your job – the one that requires the least retooling. The MachineMatching module helps you do just that - it offers the best machines for a given design based on needle/colour setup, runtime, and other factors.

It enables

  • Management of several ZSK embroidery machines in a common pool
  • Recognition of yarn cones using a barcode scanner
  • The exact assignment of orders to a machine, e.g. because no yarn exchange is necessary
  • the use of a waiting line for each machine for upcoming orders
  • the processing of the queue, e.g. cancel, pause, bring forward, etc.
  • the yarn cone comparison of pattern and machine
  • Notify the operator of any necessary yarn cones or changes to the machine

Maintenance - give your machine a little love

You only want the best for your machine, but you're not always there to take it into your own hands? With the maintenance module, events can be registered during each shift, and the correct maintenance of the machines can be documented.

Maintenance is managed by:

  • A list of all maintenance recommended by the manufacturer
  • A selection of the desired maintenance events
  • Machine-specific adjustment of maintenance intervals
  • a reminder function in Windows as a popup
  • a maintenance book: who, when, what?
