• POKA-YOKE system for checking the inserted sewing materials. The position, colour, and total ma­terial thickness are checked after the sewing mate­rials are inserted. The system then releases the ex­change clamp to perform the seam or locks the exchange clamp if the checkpoints are not posi­tive.
• Creation of seam programs through teach-in programming or PC programming software (DACcad Professional)
• Electronic thread tension for optimum stitch forma­tion in all drawing-off directions
• Electronic thread clamping device for neat seam beginning on the upper side of the sewing material
• Optional kit "Neat Seam Beginning (NSB)" guaran­tees a visually perfect seam beginning with min­imised thread quantity on the underside of the fabric
